About the Parade

The NW Natural Parade of Homes & Open House Tour - presented by HomeStreet Bank is SW Washington's only home tour event! Each year, The Building Industry Association of Clark County brings together the top local builders to present the finest in home building. Join us this July 12 through 28. This year, we are lucky to have an amazing site in Felida. The homes will be luxurious and cutting edge.

This year we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Each Friday - Sunday, The Open House Tour is back and there will be upwards of 15 additional home sites, lots and development clusters participating. This combination tour is an outstanding value for those wanting to see the latest in cutting edge design, plus the opportunity to look at what’s available on the market. You can enjoy the Open House Tour any Friday-Sunday after you visit the Parade of Homes. Dates for Open House Tour are: July 12th - July 14th, July 19th - July 21st, and July 26th - July 28th.

Consumers get to experience the Parade of Homes & Open House Tour - along with great vendors, entertainment, and plenty of fun for the whole family at $12 per person. Kids 12 and under are free!

We will have two half priced days; each Wednesday during the Parade, plus online coupons with our sponsors and on our main web site - www.BIAofClarkCounty.org. So there are plenty of chances to save money and not miss this year's Parade of Homes! Half Price tickets are only $6.00

No pets allowed. No backpacks or strollers inside the homes. Please remove shoes if asked.
