Tamarack Homes - The Odyssey — A Place of Celebration

The living adventure begins with 3,605 square feet of prairie-style excellence, situated in the premier gated community of Evergreen Pointe along the Columbia River — the location of the 2012 NW Natural Parade of Homes. This breathtaking abode features three full bedrooms and a master suite complete with custom tile, free-standing tub and built-in washer and dryer. The office, formal dining room, and open kitchen with Electrolux appliances and floating rift-sawn white oak cabinets stained to a dark, rich hue all invite celebration. Together they frame a spectacular great room that is sure to be the setting of many heroic tales and memory-making events of a lifetime. Incredible views of the majestic Columbia River can be captured from the kitchen, great room, and the generous outdoor living area. This outdoor space was crafted by renowned GRO Outdoor Living and includes a large water feature and exterior sound system. Imagine basking in the warm sunset glow, and watching myriads of sailboats on the water below. The contemporary panache, along with the unique materials used in the design, give this home a refined modern elegance and distinct character that you won’t find elsewhere.

Axiom Luxury Homes - The Overlook

The Overlook is a truly unique home, blending modern lines with rustic charm, something we call "Modern Rustic." The architect (Mascord Design), was able to capture our vision for space, function and design while maximizing the spectacular views of the Columbia River, the city of Portland and the city lights and Mt. Hood. The panramic views from every room in the house are truly breathtaking and the location on Evergreen Highway is perfect, making this timeless home an instant hit. The Overlook is a wonderful example of the kind of architecture that sets the NW apart from the rest of the country and displays why Evergreen Highway is one of the most desirable areas in all of Vancouver. Don't miss this outstanding NW Natural Parade of Homes entry!

Axiom Luxury Homes - Timber Creek

Axiom's Timber Creek is a wonderful example of Northwest Craftsman style (Wise Owl). It includes magnificient authentic, mortise and tenon beam work by Arrow Timber Framing, as well as specifically hand crafted corbels. We designed the home for the lot so it could take advantage of the breathtaking views of the Columbia River and Portland city lights. Keeping with the NW theme, we used clear cedar siding (milled in NW mills), and even used reclaimed board-n-bat siding (salvaged from the previous home that sat on the site). The challenges of the site created some great elements like - the sitting room tower, the bridge to the garage and the rock incorporated into the front post (a must see). We would have missed the mark if we didn't have a large covered patio for entertaining as well as year around use. We brought the beam work featured on the outside of the home, to the inside, with dramatic beams and incredible one-off fireplace. In true NW fashion, we not only build a beatiful home, but we did it energy efficient as well.
