Announcing our dates for 2013!

The Building Industry Association of Clark County is excited to announce that there are two tours in the month of July! The NW Natural Parade of Homes & Open House Tour are July 12th through 28th!

The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) is proud to announce that this year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes presented by HomeStreet Bank will be returning to the Felida area of Vancouver for the third time.  Bella Villa Homes will be leading the way as presenting developer and builder. We are also pleased to announce that NW Natural will be returning as the title sponsor and HomeStreet Bank as presenting sponsor.

Once again your Parade of Homes ticket also allows you to visit The Open House Tour! There will be up to 20 home sites and lots available to see throughout Clark County, with many different builders participating.  It will be an outstanding tour of the area's best new homes. Hours for the Open House Tour will be Friday-Sunday 10 am to 8 pm.

Regular price admission $12.00 (Includes entry to Open House Tour)

Children 12 and Under are free!

HOURS: 10am to 8pm Wednesday through Sunday - Box office closes at 7pm each day. Open House Tour hours are Friday-Sunday 10 am to 8 pm

No pets, strollers, high heeled shoes, or back packs allowed in homes
